MMS 3.0 is a product designed to undertake the complexities and operational activities of Cinema Industry. The Software aims to deliver efficiency & accuracy of data as well as to improve the functional ability of the Cinema Industry by covering all its operations within.

The following are the modules of MMS 3.0

Box office Module revolves around the day to day ticketing. Advance Booking. Current Booking as well as Tele-booking are the main activities carried under this Module. This Module also gives information about Movie Programming Schedules, Rates, and other sales centric Information.

Concessions relates to the Sales of the Snacks wherein the Transaction time is to be minimized and sales is to be maximized. Features like Recipe Management and Stores Management are also taken care automatically at the backend. Only MMS 3.0 -- Concessions Module is having facility for Concessions Point of Sale to sale the items through dynamic Keyboard Shortcuts due to which the Total cost of Ownership is reduced.

This is an optional Module, all cinemas does not have Restaurants & Food Courts. Restaurant Module includes the Tables, KOTs, Captains, and their assignments etc. Food Court Module revolves around the Common Sales Area for Food wherein the outlets are different. This Module also integrates with the Functions of usage through Magnetic Cards only, which is a usual practice in Malls.

CRM is a practice used widely among all the professional organizations in order to retain a relationship level with the customer as well as it helps the organization to grow well in terms of sales. MMS 3.0 -- CRM is uniquely featured with functions like defining dynamic Card Types, Defining Schemes for Cards, Value for Cards, Benefits for Scheme users, Reimbursements, etc. It also integrates the IVRS functions of Ticket Booking, Movie Schedule information as well as basic customer information for cards.
